Event Coordination- starts at $760

This is my specialty! I come on-site to your event and oversee all aspects of the event to make sure that we stay on target with the timeline that has been created for the event. My focus on the day of is to be the point person for anyone that is a part of the big day. Prior to your event; I read over your contracts, work with you to create a timeline, focus on keeping us on track, and even advocate for you and your event.

Here is the base Event Coordination Package. You are allowed to add extra hours or services onto your package to suit your needs.

3 meetings prior to your event that are one hour long. This is how I get to know every detail of your wedding.
On the day of your event, I will be on site for 8 hours to oversee event tasks
1. It is important to note that I do require you to pay 17.50 for 8 hours for an extra coordinator if your guest count is over 100. I bring my second coordinator along to help out with tasks.
15 hours of vendor communication/contract reading
4 hour rehearsal preparation

Setup and Tear down- starts at $280

Sometimes you just need an extra set of hands. I can be that extra set of hands! I will come on-site to your event to help with setting up the venue as well as tearing it down. This is typically a split shift in which I allocate four hours to set up and then four hours to tear down. In this package, I also organize all décor that you have picked out for your event that way on the day of, we are all set!

Entry Level Photography- $17.50 an hour

I started Stowers Coordination because I was that bride on a stringent budget, I had to pick and choose between so many things I wanted. I don't want anyone else to experience that so I have vowed that my business will be accessible to all brides even those who don't have big budgets for photographers. If you are looking for an affordable photographer for your event you have found the right place. I provide photography as well as coordination services. On my gallery page, you can find several different photos that I have taken or that my husband has taken. How it works is that I take the pictures and then upload them to Google at the end of the night and you have immediate access to them! You can edit them however you wish! Just that easy.
